How we work…
Bath based Moordown Property Management Ltd can look after your building whether the freehold is owned by an individual or by all the flat owners through their flat management company. In either case you’ll find that we’re easy to contact, that we’re efficient and friendly at all times and that we act quickly when things go wrong.
The legalities
In practice this means that we’ll undertake all the administrative work needed to run your property, including all the legal requirements and statutory duties, insurance renewals and the issue of share certificates as flats change hands - in fact everything to keep things in order.
Maintenance
We’ll inspect the building periodically making sure that everything that needs to be done is done. We’ll go out for a number of quotes for any major maintenance work, administrating it and making sure costs are kept to a minimum.
Most importantly, we’ll keep in regular contact with you, attending your property management AGM and sending any news to you, keeping you up to date. Of course, we’ll always be at the end of the phone or the email to sort out problems.
